  I arrived in the store and was immediately greeted by Bianca. She is absolutely amazing and knowledgeable about products. She is extremely warm and friendly and she went the extra mile to locate a pair of Wolford Stockings to no avail. Overall the experience was amazing!!!!!!! I would also mention Dominique made my checking out fun and fast even with multiple transaction. She has so much grace under fire never did she miss a beat. I will be returning!!!!!

  First visit. Found a watch that I was looking for at an incredible discount! Jewelry staff were very pleasant and they have a generous return policy. This store is much better then Neiman Marcus Last Call across the street (higher prices and a ridiculous return policy). Would definitely return for more shopping.

  Snobby help. They act like they are doing you a favor. Nothing like Real Nordstrom employees.

  84% of the personnel here is ghetto - there is no other way to describe the lack of care, and customer service of any of these new to retail workers. The Store manager is just walking around in very high heels not supervising.. not making sure tilts are moving... no soap on restrooms, water fountains not working. Sizes are all mixed up, one of the cashiers who “helped me” did not ask a single thing. He asked me to go get another pair of slacks because his scanner wasn’t picking up the item. What a poor management supervision, training and overall lack of costumer service ethics. Hire people that want to help others and move up in the company. Same costumer service I would receive at a Popeyes. “Huh?” Is not acceptable nor appropriate when asking questions and while spending $1,294.00 in merchandise.

  This store is a really good deal. I have to force myself to leave. If you are smart you will get a Nordstrom card and get $20 bucks at least every couple of months.
