  I stopped in today to do some shopping to kill time between appointments with no real item in mind that I needed to purchase, but interested in perusing all of the clearance items. Soon I noticed that the security guard was following me everywhere. At first I ignored it because I am wearing a sun dress and have an already packed full of junk purse, so not sure where on earth I would hide anything that I would steal. I went to an area near the register and then he went to the register area pretending to do stuff. When I got in line, he left, confirming that it was me he was tailing. I have never ever stolen anything in my life and am half Latina and was the only Latina in the store at the time, so I definitely felt profiled. I complained to the store employees, and pointed to myself (5'1") and said where on earth would I put something, and she had the nerve to reply that people have been grabbing things and running out. Rude! I will never go to that store again.

  Either hit or miss here. I have either gotten amazing finds or come up empty depending on the day.

  I prefer the Cherry Creek location I feel they haven more random things like returned online purchases where as belmar is more of their cheap brands and Neutrogena. Cherry Creek has the "only one in the store gotta have it items".

  I enjoy browsing the shoe selection here as it's always changing, and there are always great deals. The last couple times I was here I was able to purchase my items at the express checkout at the back. This is much easier than the check out at the front of the store where there always seems to be a line. There is a lack of organization at the check out station, and the managers I've seen up front have always been rude. Security guards are actually cool here. 🤘

  I love Nordstrom Rack and always find a lot of great stuff. The issue is the Belmar location. I have never went there and had a good customer service experience. The employees happily talk to each other and don't acknowledge customers. If you do ask for help they act put out that you're interrupting. There are always long lines. However they do move quickly. This is good except I think it's because of the slightly rude robotic treatment that you get while the staff is ringing you up. Based on other Google reviews this is an ongoing issue. However I've been going there for a few years now and this doesn't get rectified.
