  Worse customer service ever they are unorganized the wait is ridiculous the pictures my kids took I was so disappointed it was my 3 rd attempts going there for pictures through out the years because it was the nearest photo studio and I thought they would have improved I was wrong I have been disappointed each time pictures look like cellphone picture that has been poorly edited they had a young kid who took the pictures he didn't even know how to tell my kids how too pose I had to guide them they were unorganized i should've took my money else never again

  They said my pictures would be ready in 8 Days it’s going on 3 weeks no one would even answer the phone, I spoke to someone twice before and he always promises to call me back in an hour, but never did, The worst!!!

  Worst customer experience I have Ever experienced. Sent pictures to be printed the day before and when I got There the next day, I waited an hour to get ONE picture printed. The guy was very rude, one his phone conversing and ignoring me the whole time. Would never come back to this place!!! Please people come somewhere else to spend your money !!!

  I went in to get a postcard printed. Something you think would be extremely simple for a photo printing place. I even emailed the photo for them and all they had to do was print it. They took forever, messed it up, and then charged me 3x as much as Staples would have charged. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

  MUST READ!!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!! DONT COME HERE!!!!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! Forever about the good review here that was posted months ago! I came to this photo studio Monday June 5 2017 the guy told me he would call me back for the photos, have wait until Thursday and still didn't get a call so I went there to pick them up. When I got there they weren't ready I sit there one hour waiting on them! They still weren't ready when he finally print them off there was no background added to the pictures. The lighten was so bad you couldn't even see my face in the pictures! And they refuse to give me a refund I had to get the police involved which they say I should give them a few hours to get the pictures right so I'm here waiting to see what they look like. Got back only 4 pictures through my email for $65 and they look even worst!!! I'm here crying because this is absolutely ridiculous I will be going back there tomorrow with the cops to see if I can get back my money! If not to the court house I go!
