  Placed a phone order. Fortunately I called back an hour later asking for a receipt to be emailed to me. The receipt contained specific information about the order and I learned that instead of the recipient being 'Ellen', they had 'Allan', the message which included the word 'you're' was spelled as 'your're' and they misspelled my name in the closing salutation as well. This arrangement was going to a client so you can imagine how this would have been less than ideal. Assume arrangement was as pictured on their web site. Would suggest Nobu spellcheck while order is being taken or always sending a copy of the details of the order for confirmation.

  Highly highly recommend this florist. The people there are extremely kind and helpful. The flowers are lovely and blew pass my expectations. I ordered some flowers yesterday for Wife as a surprise since it was going to be our 5th year anniversary. They went above and beyond for me. The prices are affordable and the quality is the best I've seen. I also like their door bell, very unique. 👍👍👍👍

  I ordered an arrangement on a Thursday evening to be delivered on Saturday. It was for my moms birthday and I was planning to use it as a centerpiece for a dinner party. At three pm on Saturday the arrangement had not arrived, so I called to check and Margaret assured me it would be delivered within two hours. It never arrived, and when I called on Monday morning Margaret told me she would call me back within ten minutes. I still have not heard from her. This was so disappointing. I will never use Nobu again.
