  Idk how everyone is having bad experiences here. Everyone helped me out and explained everything to me when I was looking for my first car loan. It's even better than regular banks as I wanted a 2005 car which every bank considered too old. I don't normally go inside all the time but one of the bank tellers was always smiling and made for a welcoming experience.

  The lady by the name Valerie, which by the way is Not a loan officer ,is Cleary a racists. person I had been waitig for 20 minutes went she approach me she saw the person that that was after me was a white male she hastened to call went and went she saw my last name her first words were w hat are you here for real rude.I just left the place I still fee so mad" I told this lady I am here to see if I can modify a loan that I have with you guys already her response LET SEE YOUR ID her response whale your id is invalid i sad why she said beacuse is falling apart I said nobody has never ever told that even.she said that is strage all this lady would say was so negative made me feel like if I was asking her for a favor all she said was no. And that she was educating me.please you need to retirement.

  They don’t know how to smile or make eye contact !!! If a customer is saying something aren’t they supposed to give you full attention; especially when I have waited so long and drove all the way there....so I can just experience this horrible service ???? Make me wonder how they even pass their interview Um I seen only one employee guy there and the rest of the employees are girls

  Horrible service they only care about themselves and they will acccuse you of doing something bad if you lost your card and they will give you false information they only want your money so after a month I’m gonna close down my account bigger Bank has better service
