  Wonderful & friendly staff.....Love their cream cheese bagels, cookies, Ice Coffee & Coffee...I love going there mostly 5 times per week...

  The bagels are good and clean place. ! BUT if you going like 30min , 15min before they close at 5pm the service is terrible employees are angry and rude...... no bueno.........

  About half the time, the bagels are consistent and service is accurate and quick, but lately, I have been receiving product that was burned consistently, over and over, and management, when approached takes no accountability or even attempts to address my concerns. The burning and serving with several workers viewing the product as it is produced for the customer consistently over time leads me to believe either the staff doesn't care about even basic quality or management hasn't monitored them for it if they have been trained on it. I do not visit this location any longer. The LC

  Food is fine. The guy ringing out my transaction tossed my receipt away without asking me if I wanted it. He was more interested in checking the time and talking with his manager about "shift stuff." That trash can better be a secure-shred can, because it's not ok to just toss customer receipts in the trash. Look it up.
