::My roomie and I used Noah’s ark moving for our move back in April from our Upper West Side apartment to our new apartment in Downtown Manhattan. We lived in a 3th floor walk-up and moved into a 5th floor elevator building. The move required 3 guys, 1 medium sized truck, and about 2-3 hours. They were really well-organized, and pretty decent. Movers didn’t complain at all about the stairs and the heat in our old apartment building. The price estimate was very practical also; we had a great experience and would recommend to it everyone for their future moving!

::**CROOKS, CRIMINALS, BULLIES** Everything seemed fine until the moment my items were in their possession and then it became a circus of unfortunate events. 1. A week had passed and no word on when my items were estimated to arrive 2. Every time I called to ask for above information, they said they'd call the driver and call me back *this game went on for 3 days before they ultimately said they couldn't tell me yet as my items were still sitting in their warehouse* 3. When they arrived, the movers were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and straight up mean. There was confusion (Maybe it was all on my part) about the form of payment, I thought I had a bank check, but as they screamed at me, I guess it was not a bank check, although it was indeed a check from the bank and when I went back to the bank tellers they were equally as confused why Noahs ark would not accept it. (At this point my items were put into an undisclosed storage unit by the moving company as hostage until they received cash or I wired them money - okay, that's fair) 4. When I finally wired them the money, they sent me a document saying I had to sign it before they told me where my stuff is. The document said that all my items are accounted for and not broken, essentially. And I refused to sign it because that would be lying. I would be happy to sign such a form after I can attest to my items. But I will not lie on a legal document as they asked me to do. 5. When I called Robert to ask what this document was anyway (like, if I had a legal document to sign, I should have signed it along with my initial contract right?). Instead of answering the question, Robert then goes off about how this was all my fault blah blah blah. I give him the courtesy of hearing him out. When I try to speak to A. Apologize if he felt that "it was all my fault" and B. To ask him AGAIN what the document is and why I can't have my items despite paying in full plus the additional fees he tacked on for "their inconvenience". Instead of doing me the same courtesy and listening to me, he is yelling over me the entire time and then says he had a long day and hangs up.... not mature, not professional, and just plain rude. They are bullies. I have paid them the entire amount agreed upon including all the additional fees he added. And where are my items? Still being held hostage until I lie on a legal document per their request. No, I will not lie and sign the form. Plain and simple. So, 3 weeks later still no items. Despite being $3200 poorer.

::Noah’s Ark, Moving and Storage are great! I found these guys on yelp and would ditto the other positive reviews. They arrived on time, moved my things carefully and efficiently, were very friendly, and gave me a great price. Doesn't get much better than that! I would hire these guys again and recommend him to my friends.

::I had a fantastic moving experience with Noah’s Ark Moving!! The movers arrived earlier than the scheduled time and moved all of my stuff in record time Bennie and Jorge were extremely helpful and polite. All of my furniture was wrapped and handled with care. Should I move again I will definitely use these guys. I have zero complaints about this moving service and I highly recommend using their services!!!
