::CrossFit No Shelter is such a rare find! Tom and TC are amazing coaches who are dedicated to the progression of each of their athletes. I am prone to injuries, and I’ve never had a coach quite like TC who helps guide my form.. she just knows what to say to make it “click” in my head. I’ve seen so much growth in myself this last year, and I couldn’t have done it without her expertise! The other coaches at amazing too and genuinely care about our success! Strong sense of community as well! If you’re looking for a crossfit gym that has it all, this is your place!

::As someone who'd never done crossfit before and didn't have much experience with weightlifting, everyone made me feel so comfortable and welcome. The owner and coaches are great and will work with you on your individual weaknesses. The work outs can be tailored to your level, but still pushing you to be your best. It's a great community!

::This is the best place for CrossFit in St. Louis and I LOVE the facility! It's open and raw! Excellent location near Central West End, in the old Gaslight District. The owner Tom is very motivational and will coach you along your journey! I highly recommend!
