  I don't like giving bad reviews but their dogs look sick. I'd be worried if I purchased a pup from here.

  they charge $5.00 to see a Puppy!... Each...! don't bring your kids there to check a puppy as you will end up paying a lot just to see few. as we all know, its not that easy to pick one and i don't understand the charge!!!!

  Great service, very friendly. One of the cleanest pet store I have ever seen. The employees truly love dog and are very good and loving to them all. We now have a new family member and his name us Finley.

  It smells disgusting and the dogs are not in good shape. I went there like a month ago and the girl would't even let us hold it because they "get scared" well how are you supposed to buy when you cant even bond with it and see if it is right for you... its sad i had to give them a star because they do not deserve it AT ALL

  Got a beautiful pup (labradoodle) last week. We weren't sure if we were going to go ahead with it. No one there pressured us. They encouraged us to come back and visit her a few times before we picked her up. We put down our deposit and picked her up the following week. She had been bathed and prepared for us before we arrived. We and received all the necessary paperwork and care instructions with helpful information for first time owners. I took her to the vet the following morning and everything was pretty smooth and she is very healthy. As far as the complaints about the customer service, imagine having to take a dog out 20 times a day because 19 of those people just wanted to cuddle and play with a puppy but have no intention of purchasing. Then multiply that by 7 days a week and 52 weeks a year. Its not a hotel, its a pet store. Dogs are kept in decent size cages and appeared to be clean and rambunctious healthy pups. Overall we are extremely pleased with the entire process and most importantly, our new pup.
