  Horrible customer the worst i have ever encountered. Absolutely no professional etiquette feels more like a steroid clinic with a low budget gym than a car dealership

  I just purchased my 4th car from this dealer and they are the absolute best to deal with. They make you feel like family and if you see a vehicle you want, they will make the deal work. WITHOUT the BS sales tactics, fees and all the other negative things that come from other dealers. Wanna be treated like family? Wanna get a great car at a great price and something you actually want to drive? Go see the team at NJ Luxury Motors and be prepared to get treated like family! Purchases are and definitely will not be limited to: 08 Mercedes E350, 06 BMW M5, 07 C350 and 07 E350. Everyone sold under fair market value with supporting service records at an honest and fair price. Amazing people to deal with!!! Don’t shop anywhere else. I got great deal at NJ Luxury Motors. Who’s next??

  Very rude sales person. Over the phone felt belittled and like they were trying to rip me off and when I called back and told them I would never buy a car from them they just said ok. Stay away from this dealer!

  I would not recommend this dealer to ANYONE!!! My mom and I purchased a Mercedes Benz in NOVEMBER. We have been trying to get in contact with them because we need our license plates and they are unreachable. They gave us temporary plates (twice) and the recent one expired a month ago. Since then, we have been trying to get in contact with them. And I see in other's reviews that they also had troubles with plates. We probably called a hundred times and each time we ask for a manager, they say they will get back to us. We haven't heard back and keep getting the same response when we call. Just the other day, we got stopped by a state trooper and got a ticket for the temporary license plate being expired. The trooper said there was no record found of the vehicle in New York or New Jersey and threatened to tow the car! HOW? These people have bad customer service. Even when we were purchasing the vehicle, they had horrible communication skills within themselves and their clients. It seems to me that these people just do not care about their customers and only about the money they are getting out of us.

  Did not and will not buy from them and would warn anyone from going there. Absolutely the rudest sales person, if you can call him that, I have ever dealt with. No wonder they have so many cars on the lot. No one wants to buy from them. What a shame too, for the most part nice vehicles. But you know they’ve been sitting there for sometime when several cars have flat tires. Rude and just not worth it. So many other dealerships with the same cars but way better customer service. You guys aren’t that good where ppl have to buy from you. Learn how to say “hi” when someone walks up to you.
