  I've purchased at least a dozen Nissan autos from this dealership going back to the days when they were Major Nissan of Garden City (or something like that). The first thing to remember is that they are there to sell you a car and "Business is Business". They're not your friends! They're not going to educate you about what you should already know about buying a car. The negotiation process can get intense and misunderstandings can happen. Only go in there after you know what you want and know what the incentives are. Never go there when you're unprepared to do business. One thing I can say without a doubt: Once a deal is reached, the service is pretty much impeccable and I've always left the dealership feeling pretty good about my purchase!

  First they asked $3000 dealer fee on top of the listing price on a used car. NP, we agreed on $1000 more. We bring in the bank check next day to pickup. i was told there is error on the price need add another $1000. Bring u own calculator too. i catch them charge 13% sale tax. completely waste of money and time

  I was upset and disappointed with my two visits. The atmosphere is loud, pushy, distasteful and not professional. They had a car parked in their lot selling perfume as I walked in. The employees were yelling to one another and playing loud music on top of the music the dealership was already playing. I came in search for a new car and I was constantly being pushed to the older version of the car I wanted. I told them the model, color, and year I wanted and was told when they get it in stock or hear another sister dealership had it. I was called back sometime later being told the car was available. When I got there they did not have the car and again I had someone trying to sell me an older version of the car. Finally a manager came over. He was so rude and tried to belittle me. Telling me the reason for wanting the specific car were odd. I wanted this specific car mainly for the color, monarch orange. The manager kept on telling me if he doesn't have it I would not be able to find it anywhere else and I would have to wait for them to locate one and pay for the transport fee. I even gave him the VIN number of the car I wanted. He located it and jacked up the price. Then he tried to sell me a different one that had more specs for more money. Needless to say I traveled to another state, got the exact car I wanted. I'm sad I couldn't purchase a car in my own home town and had to leave to search in another state.

  If you want to feel like you’re family and not just a customer, you should go to Nissan of Garden city!! Everyone tires their best to make you feel comfortable, especially the salesman Sheldon McDonald!! He took care of me and made sure he took his time to ensure that I find a car that’s best for me. He was very professional and knowledgeable as well, if you come to Nissan of garden city make sure you ask for “Sheldon” and only him. He makes your car experience worth it!!

  Special thanks to a few of the stars at Garden City Nissan such a great experience: sales person Wilson Z. was very honest and straight forward. He did a great job helping me through things and was patient throughout the process. I also had a great service advisor in Omar P. He gave me helpful information and will be my go to person for all future vehicle services . Lastly, shout out to the sales managers at Nissan of Garden City. They were willing to do all it takes to help me get a vehicle that my family needed and a very comfortable price. Was such a fantastic experience! Wilson thanks again! We will be in a few years to work with you again. Thanks for staying with us until the very end!
