  Was not expecting buying two cars but they gave us a great deal for mine and my husband's old trade ins. They really met our concerns, wants and needs. Hopefully we won't have issues with our cars but if we do we will be bringing them there. Great service all around.

  I came here 1 - get my oil changed and 2- correct low tire pressure. When I left my car I mentioned that there was also a very, very minor annoyance with the fuel door that wouldn't open properly when pressing the fuel lever. The rep there mentioned that there were 3 minor recalls on the car. Since I had the day off I decided to just leave the car there in the morning and they would call me to pick it up at night. Before I left the rep asked my phone number and before I could even finish saying it he repeated the rest back to me correctly (as they had it from a previous visit). So I waited all day and finally at 6:45pm I called the dealership to get an update and see when I could get my car. I got no response so I called again the following morning and was told that they had been calling the wrong phone number....despite having my correct phone number from a previous visit. Apparently they were waiting for a part to come in for one of the recalls. They said they would call me by the end of the day. No big deal, just one extra day. I got a call around 4 or 5pm saying I could pick up the car. I couldn't make it to the dealership until close to 7pm, but I was able to get there on time. As soon as I got in my car I could see that they had forgotten to do the ONLY two things I had dropped my car off for: no oil changed, and the tire pressure wasn't adjusted. I mentioned this to the tech there and he was pretty nice about it and was willing to help change the oil, but the shop was now closed and he wouldn't be able to do it until tomorrow. So I took my car home and drove it back again the next day. This is now the third day I've had to waste trying to get the oil changed. I came in during the morning and they said they didn't remember that they were supposed to change the oil. This was literally THE reason I dropped the car off in the first place. They said they would do a quick oil change and get me in and out of there in 20 minutes - understandable for the inconvenience of waiting 3 days to get a minor car maintenance performed. Except I'm sitting in the lobby an hour later waiting for it to be completed. When it was completed I got the invoice for $50. I'm happy enough to pay for an oil change, but come on - what world are you living in where you charge full price for an oil change when you've made a customer wait three days? I paid it, but I will never again bring my business here - and neither should you.

  I just purchased a 2018 Pathfinder from Mike Spurling and sales person Jim. My experience from start to finish was fantastic. I was able to get the best price out there and I had priced the car out with over 6 dealerships. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership from the finance manager to the person who walked us through the car was a true professional. The dealership was 40 miles from my house so it was nice when they were able to get me in and out quickly. I would definitely buy a car from them again. Thank You. Bill S.

  Have been looking for a vehicle and went to Nissan 112. Looked at a 2017 Pathfinder with 14k miles, but chose to shop around. Nissan 112 contacted me to come back in (3 times over the course of a week). Finally made the appointment to go back and have another look at the car. They indicated they wanted to offer a better deal than originally discussed. We were ready to negotiate the vehicle, but suddenly the price was increased by 5,000. They claimed that there was a mistake and the wrong vehicle was priced. They lowered the price down another 2,000, but that was still 3,000 over the original offer. I went to walk out, but decided to speak to the manager, Ray that offered us the vehicle in the first place. He told the guy at the counter to call up the vehicle on the computer to get the sale moving. All of a sudden, magically the car was sold. Ray's sarcastic remark was that they don't hold cars for me. I reminded him that the store called me in to see that particular vehicle. They said I can leave a deposit if the other people don't decide to purchase the car. Ray was incredibly rude and tried to blow me off. I should just purchase an older model for the same price!!! This manager defines the stereotypical car salesman. He was pompous and down right nasty. This dealership has no ethic or value for customer service. They weren't even willing to admit wrongdoing.

  Nissan 112 always provides me with great service. From the friendly staff to the amazing vehicle service department I would recommend Nissan 112 to anyone. I got my first Nissan lease from 112 and a little over a week ago I got into another lease with ease. Eric W. was great help. He made the process easy and quick. Not only super nice but advocated for me in order to get the car I wanted. Nissans are wonderful cars and I enjoy driving my new Rogue every day!
