  I am highly disappointed in my experience here today. I been a customer of Nipa for over 6 years. 6 years! I been coming here since she had her other location on merrick blvd. I am what you call a loyal customer. About a month ago she messed up the shape of my eyebrows but i didn’t really care because i wasn’t going anywhere special. I just said to myself no big deal cause it will grow back. I let my hair grow back for a month purposely so she can give me back the full shape i had before. I went in there and explained to her what i want and she said mhmm mhmm. Low and behold the first brow she did she messed it up and did it too thin. I told her and she said i dont have enough hair. Which i do because i let it grow so she had lots of hair to work with to carve out the shape i wanted like she has always done the past six years. I told her i am not feeling this at all she explained the same line again and i told her no i had enough hair. She then said “why dont u go to who makes you happy then”. That line crushed me because i was going to her for so long. How could you tell one of your most loyal customers that that has been coming here for years. Funny thing is on new years i made her do my eyelashes which was a horrible experience as well. The glue she used wasn’t eyelash glue. So it clumped up on my eyelids and also caused a major irritation and swelling of my eye. And in that situation as well she was never apologetic she just said oh that happens sometimes. And brushed it off. But i just let that incident go but now today was the last straw. I explained to her how she made me feel these past couple of visits and told her i will no longer return to her establishment. She then said” I’m sorry” as i walked out the door. I just never even said anything back. I gave her a chance and then for you to tell me to go somewhere else crossed the line. She used to have two stores but she said she couldn’t afford the rent anymore because it was too high so now she only has the one in Rochdale. You would think she would be more humble since she has only one place of business now but nope smh. And then after i opened the door to leave i hear her mouthing off in her language. So unprofessional. Im completely over this place.

  Love them ...followed them from merrick & basely location to here in Rochdale mall.
