  Surprisingly easy access to downtown. Almost always seems to have a parking spot available even as late as 9am! Convenient store in lobby.

  It's very outdated and old looking, elevators are ancient but work, lots of spots are roped off because they're being worked on, the ramp to drive up and down is narrow but there are always spots available and prices aren't bad. We parked here for the Pens game and it cost $6.

  Cheaper parking ($13/day) than other garages however the layout makes exiting sometimes difficult. Also, every time I park here I leave with white paint(?) or some other substance on my vehicle that is difficult to clean.

  Great location. Great price. Not in the greatest shape. They need to do a full scale restoration of the garage.
