  Friendly environment. I always go there in a critical situation, like emergency, (talking about grey hair and need a haircut ), even feeling down, but when they finish, I not only feel happy with my hair and looking fabulous outside, my selfstime is up. :)

  READ BEFORE YOU GO!!!!!!!!!!! If I can give this place a negative star, I would. Worst experience of my life. I went in for touchup and walked out with disgusting orange hair which they made me pay for. The owners wife was more concerned about the money rather then if i was satisfied. I had a xmas party and repeatedly told her i was so upset they ruined my hair, all she said is we are very busy today. They have inexperienced young girls working there straight out of high school. Did not go to cosmetology school nothing. They turned my blonde highlights into an orange color i have never seen before and made me pay for the damage. I have never in my life had such a terrible service/experience. These people should be shut down. No one there has a clue on what they're doing not even the owner (she doesnt do hair,just makeup) its sad.

  OK, so I've been coming here for at least a few years (not anymore) and when I look back at it, I was NEVER completely satisfied with anything they ever did (or didn't do) for me. I mean, yeah they always offer you coffee or something, but that doesn't make up for their lacking in other more important areas. The last time I was there, I was apparently given the MOST crooked hair cut I have ever seen! Yeah they hid it very well with all the curls and spray, but boy was it disgusting! Anyway, I'll never go here again. Not one time did they ever thank me for ALL the business I've sent their way, or for my patronage. My cousin went there ONCE, and they immediately sent her a thank you card and a coupon....wtf?!?! I'll go where I'll be appreciated for dropping hundreds of dollars in just a couple hours!
