  There wasn't anything in this store that particularly impressed me. Additionally, from the other customers in the store, as well as how they acted, I got the distinct impression a lot of the merchandise in this store was "found" before it was peddled for resale here.

  Although they have resonable prices, their product sucks. My boyfriend and I both got our phones fixed at this location and not even a month later we start having problems. My boyfriend screen is coming out, his phone dies sooner then it’s suppose, and sometimes his touch doesn’t work. My back camera skips and makes a buzzing noise whenever you try to use it, my screen is also lifting, and I have problems with my touch as well. We should have never went to them to get our phones fixed. If you have a iPhone DO NOT go to anyone but the Apple store, you will regret it.

  These people are legal criminals. They want to give you lowest dollar for ur item, then resale it for 2-3 times that (but they cry how theyre gonna sit on it for years blah blah blah) then if u buy something u better film you buying off them cause they dont like taki g things back that are broke. They always have an excuse. The FBI should have shut them down when they raided the place a few years ago..

  Ninja electronics is simply the best in Pittsburgh!! Every time I go in there I receive fantastic service. The best deals, the best repairs the best workers. My 1 and only place to go for all my apple products!! Thank you Taylor and crew. You guys are the best!!!
