  Anthony and Pat were fantastic from start to finish. The whole process went extremely smoothly. They not only had the expertise to help selecting blinds for 3 of our rooms, but were also customer-focused making it a pleasure working with them.

  Anthony was pleasant and professional , would definitely use niles again and would definitely refer them to friends and family ! However my puppy did not like him so we will have to schedule some play dates prior to any more installations! 🐶 lol ! Just kidding ,they were great !

  Start to finish the entire process was simplified by Pat's knowledge and experience. It was a pleasure working with Pat and Anthony. Two weeks to the day, as promised, my blinds were delivered and installed, both quickly and neatly, I might add! I highly recommend this company.

  These guys - Anthony and Pat - are great!! I purchased some designer banded shades from them and was completely satisfied with the product, service and installation. There was a small problem with one of the shades, I called them and they came the next day and took care of it in 10 minutes. Very highly recommended!

  Both Anthony and Pat provided excellent customer service, and are extremely responsive, knowledgeable and professional. The entire process from beginning to end was smooth and took less than 2 weeks from order to install (Fast!). Their wood floor installer is fantastic and professional. He custom made/cut transition and the wood pieces to fit the room perfectly, and was extremely detailed and clean. I highly recommend going with Niles for any flooring project.
