  I came in to make an exchange that had been going well with an employee that was not Tara. The employee asked me to go and get the item I wanted instead of what I had. When I returned she was helping someone else and unfortunately I ended up getting Tara and her attitude who clearly did NOT want to perform my exchange. She looked at her colleague and said I can’t do this because she doesn’t have a receipt. The colleague said I can all you have to do is even exchange it. Tara took a piece of receipt paper and wrote a statement on the paper and held it in front of the computer screen to block her colleagues view of what she was doing. Needless to say I was offended. For all I know it could have said anything from racism, to sexism. Tara was extremely out of line and rude to use a secret note to communicate with her colleague. If it were harmless it could have been said out loud.

  My first visit there. This was a visit with a purpose since I have desperately been looking for a pair of sneakers.. I'd say this is a very high tech store. And finding such a shoe put me on a high tech mission. Luckily Jasmine and her knowledge was there to sort this out for me. Still I didn't not bring home a pair of Nikes, but a pair is being FeXed to my home! I was impressed with the Nike store and Jasmine the staff person who helped me.

  Big choice of products, great customer service, friendly and helpful associates. Price is little bit high though, even for Nike standards. Location is not in the center of town. From outside I didn’t have a feeling that it’s Nike store, but inside is quite big and comfy.

  Came into this location today to purchase shoes for my husband. Hard to get anyone to help & when they finally did, they were rude & lacked very basic customer service skills. Ironically, my son who was with us, worked at a Nike store & said he was shocked the employees got away with that kind of behavior. Retail companies need to train & better equip their employees with "people" skills or the consumer will just move to online shopping. Sure hope these employees don't work on commission.

  Great selection! They had all of the things I was looking for and the layout was fantastic and intuitive. Staff was very nice and helpful, and they were patient with me when I tried on 3 different pairs. Checkout was very quick and easy. Great experience!
