  I wouldn't know. I arrived at 11:35 and there was a sign on the door "back by 12", no problem. I waited until 12:15 and nobody came. 8 people came, waited, and left in that time. If they will keep people waiting for something like this, I would not expect my alterations on time either.

  I want more people to know the gem Nicole's cleaners is in the neighborhood. My husband and I have been regularly taking our clothes to clean and iron here for the past year, and we have always been very happy with the results. It is truly the best cleaners we have taken our clothes to in NYC, prices are very reasonable and both the father and son that run the place are very friendly and honest. I am writing this review because we are moving to another neighborhood soon; and we know it will be difficult to find a cleaner's as great as Nicole's!

  Jaimie the owner is incredibly nice and genuine. They will take care of your clothes and make sure that you get them back in the manner you wish quickly and for the right price. My go to place in the neighborhood!

  Jaime is great! My clothes always get clean, looking good, by the time they are promised and at excellent rates. The alterations are the best prices in Astoria. The hours are perfect for dropping off and picking up on the way to and from the train. I liked the drop-off laundry service the one time I tried it (but ultimately the shop is too far from my apt for regular laundry). Jaime even offered to dry clean my interview suit for free when I was unemployed. How cool is that!?
