  Initially we had a Saturday morning slot but they were tied up and had to reschedule. Though a bit inconvenient, once Joseph arrived, all was well! He was personable and professional! He’s got the “magic touch” too, seeing as he fixed our issue as soon as he touched it! We thought we needed a new disposal, but Joseph saved the day — not to mention money! The whole appointment was about 20 minutes! I would recommend their service.

  Nicks plumbing was a great experience. I received a call indicating that my plumber Luis would arrive shortly. Soon after that I got a text with his photo & work history, a great touch so that you know who’s coming to work on your home. Luis took time to explain the issues I was having as well as the solutions he was proposing. Pricing was very transparent & he worked efficiently. Great experience!!

  We are extremely pleased with our recent services at Nick’s Plumbing. We needed help retrofitting an older home with two tankless water heaters along with several other repairs. The servicemen were very knowledge about the various options available. Work began same day as the estimate and was completed the following morning. Everything was performed just as stated in the estimate. Quality workmanship. Quick service. Great warranty. We will definitely use Nick’s for any future needs.

  I recently hired Nick's plumbing to replace a shower valve in my master bath. Due to an unexpected problem with the installation the job had to be redone. After reviewing the details of the problem the management at Nick's Plumbing determined that the issue was their fault and they corrected the problem at no additional expense to me. This is one of the very few companies that I I have had experiences with who took ownership of the problem and fixed it without getting defensive or pointing fingers at other people involved. That speaks volumes about their honesty and integrity in my opinion. I found their price to be competitive. I have recommended them to a hand full of colleagues and neighbors so far and will continue to do so. I will definitely call them with my next plumbing job. The only reason for the 4 stars is due to more than one scheduling conflict with the job that caused me to waste too much time waiting for the plumber to arrive only to be given short notice that they had to reschedule. This can be easily corrected in the future with better communication by phone.

  Zach did a great job. His work was not only very efficient but also evidenced his knowledge about the problem and his ability to fix it immediately. Zach was quite courteous and appropriately friendly throughout his time here, and on completion, he conscientiously cleaned the area in which he had worked. I also appreciated the courtesy calls from Gail informing me of the timing of Zach's arrival. Thank you for this excellent service. I will definitely use Nick's Plumbing the next time I have need for a plumber.
