  Horrible customer service. I came here to pick up a package. When i entered the store, the clerk was on the phone. Which was fine. She greets me with “Give me a second im on the phone” So i waited. I looked at her and i realize shes on her personal cell phone. So i asked the guys on the cell phone repairs side if they could help. They said i had to wait for her though they were doing nothing. I said nothing but clearly i was upset. The clerk finishes her phone call and walks to the back of the store. Doesn’t say why. She just leaves. After that the guys decided to help me. So now they magically had the tools to help? Just Horrible. Horrible energy, service and atmosphere. Its a shame they are affiliated with UPS as an access point.

  They have good customer service but they don't always open on time.
