  This place sucks. The first time I went they left black on my nails and gave me the wrong shape. Then I went in to get my nails soaked off. I waited for 30 minutes while workers just ignored me and never even spoke to me. Like dude I could have been soaking my nails that whole time. So I just left. Not wasting my precious time to give my money to a business that is terrible.

  I used to come here quite often until my last experience the staff was very rude and they rushed me. My nails weren't dry nor were they evenly coated. It you can go to another place to get your nails done.

  I have been here several times because I always go back hoping each time will be better. However, this past Saturday, I will not be going back! They are super slow, a little higher priced than most, and the overall quality of the nail work isn't good for the time and money you put in. The only thing they have going for them is convenience (close to UK's campus), but I will drive further for better quality from now on.

  I have been here 3-4 times, each time have left disappointed. I always get SNS, for a cheap price but also cheap quality, did get me out quickly, if that speak for anything. I kept going back hoping it would get better, my friend recommended them with a good word. They barely touch your cuticles, and when they do, they leave them worse than before I came in. SNS is too bulky for my taste and the shape is never even across the fingers as well the shape we agree on when they start working on them. This will be my last time coming here.
