  A week ago I had stopped by this dealership on my way home. I was greeted by Steve. I told him that I was looking for a specific truck and then we walked over to the truck line and looked at a few options. I was asked if I wanted to drive the truck and I said that I did. Steve went to get the keys for the truck and when he came back he had a cold bottle of water for me, I was grateful. After a test drive we went in to see what kind of a deal I could get. I don't have the best credit and when I was sitting down at the table Steve introduced me to Todd and I was told that they were going to do whatever they can to help me out. After filling out some paperwork Steve and Todd showed me some options that I can choose from. I was pleased to find out that I was able to get the truck and more so that I was not treated poorly because of my credit situation. At no time was I treated anything less than a valued customer. I will happily tell friends and family to go and see Steve and Todd. Thanks guys for making my day.

  Our online search brought us to Next Step and we couldn't have been happier! Todd was amazing! He made us feel comfortable and he was not pushy and he got us a great deal with financing. This was by far the best car buying experience we have had anywhere. I will definitely recommend them and would buy from them again!

  I bought my Ford Edge a little over a month ago. It started having problems but Steve said he would take care of the issue for me. It was fixed and I am happily driving on the road. Sometimes they are a bit hard to reach over the phone, but they are willing to stay to the very latest of their shift to help me out. Much appreciated! Thank you!
