  2 years ago we had them put wood flooring in our offices. They were very easy to work with, good prices, did a great job quickly. So a few months ago when we decided to put wood flooring in our home we chose them again. Nightmare!! It took literally weeks of back and forth phone calls to finally get an actual installation date & time. They didn't show twice. They finally did the install but knocked a ceiling fan off the ceiling, left tufts of carpet hanging out of the sides of the stairs, and left holes in the first floor ceiling. Also we had a small bathroom we wanted tiled at the same time. The first salesperson told us not to worry about the cost. Hmmm. Then they quoted us a price. Again they scheduled twice for install but didn't show. We finally spoke to a manger who told us that the price they quoted us was too low and they wouldn't make a profit. We asked for a new quote but have never heard back. I will never use them again nor would I recommend them. They have really gone downhill. Disappointing.

  Very good fast service, but the good luck on getting Customer Service back to you about chips and scratches covered under warranty, even when providing photos to them. Note: Why in the hell would the workers put an off color-patch dead-center in the middle of floor???

  I'm not going to go into detail, but $4000 later i received sub par materials and below standard service. It's been 3 months of calling and false promises from the owner, sales rep and everyone in between. Do not pay cash i repeat use crefit card if possible. Dispute in progress. WORST FLOORING COMPANY I DEALT WITH.

  I really wanted to like this company, but they have done everything wrong. First off, they don't acclimate the floor before they installed it. So Now, whenever the floor expands and contracts, it leaves gaps or the pieces are coming up. I have had to have them come out several times to "fix" the problem, and every time they come out, they just "put a bandaid on it". Now, I have more pieces that have huge gaps in them and can't get anyone to come out to fix them. I've been waiting now, for 3 weeks just to have it fixed. Not to mention, the first guy that came out to give me a quote (older gentlemen), reeked of alcohol. In my opinion, this is the worst customer service I've ever received and would never recommend this place to anyone. Go with someone who will get it right the first time.

  This is not what i expected from a group like this I payed $5880.00 Their customer service is very very unprofessional. They do not return phone calls nor keep their word. They make house appointments and don't show. The work is not supervised and very poor. Being a Vet and putting in my time for this country to come home to something like this is heartbreaking and disturbing when a persons word is no good.If a person can't keep their word what good is it to have a company?
