::Mr. Mavalli is a great dentist. My son and I always feel welcome when we are there. He is also very funny, and professional. Highly recommend this place to go to

::So far my experience has been very good. Front office is kind and caring. Doctors are professional. They even laugh at my corny ole jokes!

::I have brought my kids here for years. Dr. Mavalli is the most patient, caring, and compassionate dentist there is! My girls love him. He is absolutely hilarious and keeps their spirits up and smiling the entire visit. His bedside manner is something you don't see often anymore these days. He remembers them every time we come in. We had our first cavity today and he walked her through the whole process. If I could give me than 5 stars, I would!!!

::I am glad I have found this clinic. I am new to US dental system, as I am from Russia and have my dentists there. Life happens, I fell and broke my good, yet complicated tooth. I visited multiple offices with great reviews and every time was confused, what those amazing reviews are based on. Got a job done by dentist in Downtown Fort Worth who made things worse. Friend advised this clinic and I was pretty emotional when I came in with my problem. All staff members were extremely patient with me, Dr Lee was great, knowledgeable, patient, caring about me being happy in my unpleasant situation with abscess and tooth loss. To find a doctor you can trust is a big deal, Happy I have found clinic I will go to, no need to go to Russia to get my teeth done. Highly recommend. God Bless.

::My family has been coming here for years. I have a mild phobia of dentist but my previous experiences here had been successful and I never panicked. However, while we were waiting for our names to be called an employee was yelled at by the dentist/owner/manager. (I don't know what his role is) for being late. If you have an problem with an employee the professional thing to do is to take them aside and speak with them. Not yell at them for the whole lobby to hear. My name is called and I ask the receptionist a question concerning the time my procedure would take and the same man asked out loud why I wanted to change it. I did not want to say out loud for the whole lobby to hear. I said I couldn't and he berated me for not coming enough last year and he wasn't going to waste his time and would interrupted when I wanted to speak. He made me feel so small, humiliated, and ashamed. I started to cry in the lobby in front of children and I ran out. I was their client and patient and this relation was incinerated in the span of 5 minutes.
