  This has been my gym for roughly 4 years now. It is a decent one very cloae to wjere i live. It is a bit pricy if you are using just the gym. I would add a decent leg press to the equipment and a deadloft space. It has been getting increasingly crowded though. If youcome in after 7pm you might not be able to train what you had in mind.

  It has all facilities right from weight training, cardio, yoga, cycling and swimming. They could provide grips for weight training and other than that this place serves all the gym needs.

  I have been training with one of the trainers names Shaun and he is professional and gives amazing results. Not only does he have a variety of workouts that targets the area in which you're looking to work on he also gives nutrition guidance. I would Definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get in shape.

  I was extremely humiliated at Newport Swim & Fitness in Jersey City, NJ. The trainer Shawn let me to get off the machine since I used the machine for a long time(actually about 10min). His client is waiting. If I do not get off the machine, he will take away my membership forever. I made a compliant to the manager. But the manager said WE BOTH WRONG. The manager did nothing, except let us to say sorry to each other?I was a victim. My only "fault" is say NO to him, right? I'm an Asian Woman, I should not be such treated. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO Newport Swim & Fitness. AND LET MORE PEOPLE KNOW! THANK YOU!

  I found that rating is kind of useless since there is only one gym in the area. But still have to say something about the bad service experience here. They acted totally different before you became a membership. The woman manager. She only cares about money. But the other staff are really nice. I just don't like the woman manager. Will not renew. It's a tragedy I bought for half a year.
