::While this club is one of the smaller and quirkier of the New York Sports Clubs, its small size and intimate atmosphere make it a very comfortable place to work out. If you are interested in swimming, try to fit the off-peak hours into your schedule, or you might have a long wait for a lane.

::One of my favorite NYSCs in the city. It's not the biggest, but this club has four significant positives: 1. all staff members are extremely friendly and welcoming (unlike many NYSCs!) 2. the equipment is in good condition (unlike many NYSCs!) 3. it is reasonably uncrowded, even during perceived peek hours (unlike many NYSCs!) 4. the swimming pool is great, albeit small and busy. My advice on getting the best our of the pool is to review the pool schedule and work around the busy periods. Often two or three of the lanes will be booked for events, limiting swimming to just one of two lanes, but ironically, I have found these times to be great because nobody else goes! Overall, this is a good gym in a good location, that is a shining light for the NYSC group, that often flatters to deceive.

::Small facility, great for a quiet workout. Has a pool which is rare in NYC. Locker room in desperate need of an upgrade. Treadmill machines are always broken. Terrible and lazy management.

::Rafael and his team are fantastic. The club is very clean, it is not too crowded, and Rafael and his welcoming smile can't be beat. I highly recommend this club!

::This place is amazing. Not only are the facilities great but the staff goes above and beyond to give you the best possible experience while there. Rafael is especially great and has always gone the extra mile to be accommodating. I've been to a few New York Sports Clubs and this is by far my favorite. Can't emphasize enough how great it is.
