  @ Westwood, weight lifting equipment needs updating; workout areas are way too tight. Manager Laurie is excellent. Englewood site has more updated machinery and is more spacious but customer care? Just don't ask anyone for anything. Neither is a good fit for me.

  Excellent gym. What makes this place special is the staff. Especially Yavonne, she brightens my day and makes me feel welcomed as soon as I walk in. That helps get me motivated. I would definitely recommend going here in the mornings.....!

  So far so good. Wish it was little bigger but all in all a decent gym. Staff seems nice and helpful. Most gym goers are polite and just want to get their workout in and go home.

  Previously was a member for years, then left to join Westwood Health and Fitness. Loved that place but it closed. So as of December 2017, I'm a member once again. For the most part I can get a good workout in and have no problem using machines, treadmills and weight areas etc. Parking is a bit of a pain there. My one pet peeve and this is something I notice HAS NOT changed since I was last a member there 3 years ago...missing pins on the equipment upstairs. I must have counted three machines or racks that were missing pins. Huge variety of leg weight machines- however, a calf press would be great. Would love it if you got that. Almost 3 months in- it is what I make of it...so jury is still out on this place.

  I'm not even sure where to begin. It's cheap alright but I can go down the block (in any direction) and find a gym in this price range that is clean and has working equipment. Last time I went I was on THREE treadmills before I found one that worked. Do you know what it's like to get into a rhythm running and then have the treadmill just STOP?! There are always machines down and the cookie cutter responses from the gym you see on all of these reviews just proves they aren't doing anything to fix the problem. As for the people there, I'm not even sure what they do. They certainly don't clean! The woman at the front desk NEVER smiles and barely looks up as you walk in. The pictures on the Google listing are a joke. The inside of the gym does NOT look anything like those pictures. I've given them enough of my money...I'm done.
