::I’m not at all a fan of this gym. Space is very cramped compared to other gyms I’ve been to. This is further compounded by there being a lot of people here at any given time. A large portion of the cable and resistance machines in the free-weights section are broken or missing parts. This results in long queues for machines despite multiple being available. (The cable machines immediately come to mind.) They only have one squat rack and one power rack, so if you’re hoping to get compound work done, expect to wait a while between 5-8PM. Weights are everywhere. This makes it difficult to find what you’re looking for during your sets. The men’s bathroom is DIRTY. It frequently smells bad and everything is in disarray. I wouldn’t feel comfortable showering here. The cardio sections looks okay and usually well-occupied. I cancelled my membership a little over a month in. I hate not working out, but I hated going to this gym more.

::Management of this place needs to fix the following ASAP: - Room temperature: it’s been too hot for more than one month and employees always say that the AC will be fixed soon (I’ve asked about it 3 times) - Lockers: lots of them are either broken or closed with a plastic disposable lock - Machines: today at least 3 of the pulleys are missing their clips, and 2 of them are missing their weight pins. This is a joke. How hard/expensive can it be to buy new ones? If you’re looking for a gym just for the weights and cardio and is not planning to attend classes, Blink Fitness is a much better deal in case it is an option in your neighborhood. Better maintenance and much cheaper ($26/mo vs. $45/mo).

::Steam room has been out of service for almost a year. Fix the damn thing already, your customers pay good money for the services you offer when they signed up. Would give zero stars for this location if I could.

::Have been a member for almost one year & cannot but wonder if this gym is slated for closure. I love the gym as it's convenient & familiar but upkeep is not something they take in mind for the members. Also, it is fairly rundown. Machines take forever to get repaired and sometimes there's no hand sanitizer or even tissue. The men's locker room is very sad with broken lockers, no shampoo, & completely disastrous bathrooms. Plus having asthma, I joined partially because they advertise a steam room, which had a "temporarily out of order" sign for 8 months but now nothing. Just fix it already! We all should get a rebate or just keep on top of things.

::Pretty decent gym, has all the equipment and a very open space. My issues are with the amenities, the sauna and steam room never works, and there’s only one blow dryer for the men’s room. It’s kinda crappy especially when everyone needs it in the morning. My one complaint was getting in touch with the manager there, she was always busy or never there. I had an issue with my membership that no one at that location could handle. It took me a MONTH to get it resolved...big pain in the ass for no reason. Paying all these fees and monthly dues don’t seem to equate to the kind of service that gym provides...but it’s passable for the time being.
