  DEFINITELY NOT ENROLL the 10-days trial for 1 dollar! You gonna pay much more than this to QUIT. They charge consumers for their own fault and miscommunication. Ridiculous!

  DO NOT enroll in this gym before you read their policies 100 times. They will keep billing on your account without informing you once you swipe your card on their POS. Never expect ANY refund from them.

  Beware of ever signing up for this gym— they will raise your rates without any notice and make it nearly impossible to cancel your membership. This past January, NYSC charged me a $50 annual fee and raised my monthly fee by $10 without any advance notice. They told me I had to speak with a manager, in-person, at the NYSC location that I had originally signed up for. After going in person, they continued to charge me for months after I canceled. I called 4 different times and they said I needed to speak with the manager, who was never available. Each time, I left a message with the manager who never called me back.

  A lot of broken machines and very crowded during peak hours with no towels in the changing rooms. Very disappointing.

  Staffs are so nice. The gym is so clean and organized!
