  The gym was well appointed with plenty of equipment. A nice but small studio for classes. The locker and shower area were a little small but clean and well maintained. The manager Jeury (pronounced Jerry) was very helpful. Our visit was during the week early afternoon and was not crowded. If you live in this area it would be a convenient location. This location has no Sauna or steam room.

  Tiny location, but beneficial due to the fact that there was only one other person in the weight area. I basically had use of all weights to myself. A bit disappointing that there are only lever assisted machines for bench press. The staff was very friendly. The weights were all organized on racks. The main reason I will not be visiting this location again, is that the locker room is horrendous. While the small size could be overlooked, it is just too filthy. The showers were grimy and cringe-worthy (and there are only two, so upkeep should be simple!). I need use of the shower, as I workout before heading to work - when I showered there were two large centipedes or silverfish crawling on the wall.

  The gym is definitely compact, but the location is great and there's never a line for any equipment you'd like to use. There's also a ton of cycling classes to sign up for if that's your thing.
