  One of the smaller facilities I've been to, but it gets the job done if you're not looking to be there too long. I don't particularly care for the staff. They can be either rude or overbearing

  This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a gym. I joined in January telling them I want to use the gym for three months and I need to cancel after three-month membership because I was moving out of the area. They were like cool just sign up for month-to-month membership and cancel after 3 month. So three months past, when I was to cancel, I contacted the gym a month before to make sure they know. But they told me there's a 45-day cancellation period and I will be charged for one month more even if I was not there anymore. NO BODY ever told me about any cancellation period. It was not a hard thing to mention and they just purposefully choose not to tell you because they want to scam every single dollar. The woman worked there told me oh it just take 45 days to get your name out of the system. THIS IS 2018! You do not need 45 days to delete a name from your system! This is just honestly the dumbest excuse I have ever heard to take my money. - an update: just called the gym, my membership is still active. I can't even believe it I thought I would let it go because I know they will never my money back. But then I was charged another $150 for personal training cancellation fee?? I signed up for 3 months personal training and I was telling my trainer repeatedly I am moving out after 3 months and I need to cancel after 3 months. He never thought to mention there's a $150 cancellation fee at the end of it?? I would NEVER sign up if I knew. I guess that's how they get you. NEVER NEVER NEVER come to this gym. The classes they offer here is basically a joke and no one cleans anything. And they will try to scam every dollar out of your pocket.

  The place is a mess! It is always dusty, no one puts their gym equipment back. It's a zoo! But it's a practical location for where I'm at, so I still keep my membership.

  Whoever wanted to give this place negative 5 stars, I'm right there with you. 1. They will increase your premium without notifying you. 2. If they overcharge you, you will not get a refund. You will receive credits to force you to keep using their facility. 3. Facility equipment is a mess. Weights are everywhere and something is always broken. Go to the Planet Fitness across the street. It can’t be much worse.

  I would give them negative 5 star if there were a choice. The front desk is the worst in the worst. People there were not helpful and had a major attitude. They were not going to help their customers and were unfriendly to kids (and YES I PAID for babysitting!!!). My baby boy was scared by their rude voice and cried uncontrollable so that I was unable to stay there to even finish what I was going to say. Maybe they did that on purpose so I would't keep them work. I only know the supervisor's name is Brittany and the other old while female with attitude to screen me up and down. CHOOSE other gym if you live in great neck. Don't even try this one.
