  The store Manager (Ms, Ann) is very rude to the customers and employees. She need to learn people skills before she (TRIES) to manage a store. I refuse to spend my money there again! If I could give 0 stars I would.

  Very bad experience yesterday I love NYC but opry mills store is the worst store to shop, i was looking for a valentine shirt I asked the manager she said no they don’t sale valentine shirt. And they shirt was right there in front of her and she lied, who does that she probably doesn’t know her job and that’s really sad.

  Horrible, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. The people they have at oprymills try to use big words and it makes absolutely no sense. They are rude, have zero communication skills, and customer service does not exist. The employee that I attempted to have a conversation with, called me and said that I contradicted myself whenever she is the one that contradicted herself. She should not be in retail.
