  I love shopping at New York & Company. This store is business casual. Only thing is Gabrielle Union clothes are more expensive. I know New York & Company always have coupons but sometimes it only for the card holders. What about the people who doesn't want a credit card I still want the same percentage off cause I always shop there. Other than that the employer are very courteous an helpful st this location.

  Horrible experience. I went yesterday to return some online items. The two associates didn't realize I spoke Spanish and started bad mouthing me. Once she realized I spoke Spanish, she changed her tone towards me. Those associates are so incompetent, they couldn't even find the item on my online receipt which was handed to them. It was a horrible experience. I will never shop there again or even go to return. This can't be the first time they treat their customers in such a poor manner.

  I came to this location @ Woodbridge center An associate named nicole gave me a hard time since I wanted to return an online purchase. She says, "Are you sure you returned stuff here before cause I can't find your order and mind you that she was holding my online order receipt. Then she said in her own terms I think my cashier X you out.. God knows what that means!! She also said what date did you return those items?? Are you sure?? Do you remember the time? I was already frustrated that I told her let me call the 1-800 number as soon as I said that she said " I found the order!! I was so embarrassed and pissed off!! I will never buy from NY&CO again!! The store is sloppy and the associates ringing each other up and not caring about the lines!!!😡
