  The management at this location is ineffective to say the least. First strike I came into the store and went shopping. I presented my platinum card at the register and was told it was declined. I called customer service from the store and had them speak with the manager because I had more than enough available credit. They tried walking her through it via phone to no avail. I was tired of the hooked on phonics retail lesson so I said forget it and paid cash. I get home log into my account and find that each time the manager swiped my card actually was approved. So I paid for over 300 worth of merchandise 3 times. It took them 10 business days and multiple phone calls to reverse the charges to my account. When I returned to the store the manager that made the mistake threatened to call security on me for asking for the district managers name and number. She then refused to provide her name. This store is closing for good reason. Their sales are horrible because their staff is horrible. Sheesh. I love NY&CO but this location is garbage.

  I shop NT&C because their clothing is of his quality and fits well. Normally my experience at any NY&C store is pleasant and without complaints. However, this location was a mess today! The changing rooms had clothing piled on the benches and off hangers. Items like bare mannequins and carts with tags on the path. The store itself needs maintenace with cuff marks on walls, broken doors, and peeling paint. It didn't make for a relaxing shopping experience. Luckily, I knew what I needed and left quickly.

  Unorganized store. Looks like the staff is very ignorant towards clealiness and organization. Stuff was all over the place .. Like some ross store.. The staff was a bit rude but its ok. Very sad. Never coming back

  their clothing is very cute and in season. they have their merchandise arranged in a very appealing manner. they have very nice clothing that is worth the cost.
