  These nycha building neglect the tenants the outlet wiring and pipes are old so this is the second time the fuse box caught on fire and have been two weeks with out power. The old pipes leak often we’ve put in so many tickets and they just send maintenance workers who can’t do anything about this. We aren’t the only tenants that have these kinds of problems.

  Am happy to move in soon I can't wait for that moment come thru and the best what I saw in cleaning inside and outside of the building and very good people living there
