  the ECB fines and the DOB fines are over the top the inspectors are cruel and nasty they think that they are making money for the city taking advantage of poor home owners just wait when you have to go god court tell the above how many lives you have ruin. the DOB is a blood sucking machine. the inspectors some do not have a house what do they know, quality of life is at home only the DOB make your life a living hell sad. karma.

  Crooks! Just another city organization trying to squeeze, milk, and frustrate hardworking New Yorkers. And the Building Inspectors, forget about it, they're like monkeys with shotguns. I don't know what the city was thinking giving these idiots so much authority and power. They walk onto job sites, issue stop orders for bs, and the city loves it because they get to make a fast dollar on you with the ecb fines. They are conspiring against the general population. However, as upsetting as this may seem, the real problem is the city council who think up all the ways for the city to make more money on its people.
