  if I can give this place zero stars I would, one of the most horrible managements. all staff are rude and unresponsive... they don't know how to do their job & Rose literally is the most unprofessional housing assistant I know. I'm dying to move out, currently looking!!!!

  Worst property management there is! If I could give zero stars I would. The lady who answers the phone is a disgusting rude person. They do not give you a chance to speak, they immediately think they know everything before even listening to your complaint. They do not care about their tenants at all. Cheap and inconsiderate people.

  As someone else said - If I could give zero stars, I would. I have lived in NYC for nearly a decade and they are BY FAR the worst landlords ever. I should have trusted my gut before signing this lease. We are responsible, paying-on-time tenants and treat our apartment as if it is our own. Be prepared for lies, no responses, accusations that we are breaking everything, and taking months for anything to be fixed, if at all. I am happy to discuss further for anyone considering an apartment lease with New Start.
