  This store is larger and has more parking than their interstate store. It’s directly off of a major bike route, so it makes for a great pit stop if you need an energy bar or hydration during your ride out with the family. Or stop here for some fresh desert from their bakery.

  I mistakenly rode my bike out here because I thought it was my friend's child's birthday party and BBQ, so already I wasn't in the best mood. Maybe I should pay more attention to my Facebook invites, or like, check the date on things. Anyways, it felt like everyone was staring at me while I walked around. Staff looked at me suspiciously. It could be because I was drenched in sweat and breathing heavily, but I prefer to think it was some sort of prejudice against me personally. A helpful staff person guided me to the grab n go beverages section where I picked up a stumptown cold brew with coconut milk and sugar added as well as some kind of lightly flavoured soda water. The checkout process was quick, easy, and most of all friendly. I think I liked New Seasons better when it was still called Nature's. How's that for some old Portland talk?! *boom* I just dunked on all you transplants. It was very pleasant shopping here.

  It's hard to say enough good things about the staff, selection, and service at the New Seasons Market without sounding a bit too invested in a grocery store :-) Let's just say the hunnybunny and I were visiting Portland for a week and completely indulged our foodie/cook needs by shopping here. From the whole salmon (on sale) to the fresh sausages to the beautiful steaks (on sale) to the unbelievable macaroni salad, everything was tasty and perfect to cook with. The spice aisle kept us going, although I failed to find berberi. If we ever move to Portland we'll be judging living places by their proximity to the New Seasons Market. Thanks, everyone there who treated us so well this week!

  Not cheap, but everything is quality and most products are environmentally friendly. Great options for ready made food. Location is definitely convenient in relation to Legacy Emanuel. Best thing to do is try it out and make your own conclusion.

  I went in late in the evening to purchase a last min. Cake for my sons b day, and the people running the bakery bent over backwards to accommodate my needs! Very helpful. Even pulled a cheesecake from the freezer for me.
