  Terrible customer service. Had problems with the job, company did not show on us 4 times (days we had to take off from our office) without any call or notice. Seal was terrible and is now breaking down. Bad job all around, horrible customer service, will not claim responsibility for a bad job. Be aware with this guys, may have to pay a little bit more to get quality work, but its probably worth it.

  I scheduled an appointment for Monday they said they would be there at 2 pm I called them at 4pm after a no show and they gave the lamest excuse of trying to get in touch with me earlier in the day and they called me earlier the tech couldn't find my house.While I was on the phone with the company the tech called on the other line surprise surprise and didn't leave a message so I returned the call and the tech was rude saying " what you called me" and I said I was returning a call to him and that there was an appointment missed by his company and he said "I don't have your appointment and then hung up" I would not spend a cent with this company they totally waste your time and then try to give you the run around if you deal with them good luck to you . I wish I read the earlier reviews my bad hopefully not yours

  Great service & people! We own an apartment building and have used this company numerous times. Every time my expectations have been met and even surpassed! Awesome jobs guys!

  The Worst!!!!! I got a call saying they couldn't find the building and gave them the address AGAIN! Called them again at 3:30 about my 1 o'clock appt. and they said the tech left because he couldn't find it. No call, nothing. They didn't care that they wasted my day and I held off the shower door installation to accommodate them. Don't bother calling them.
