  I've been a patient at New England Dental for roughly four years and have received consistently excellent dental care. They've successfully treated a range of dental issues I've had, from routine cleanings to crown placements, both during scheduled appointments and in emergencies. They're also adept at collaborating with insurance companies to keep patients' costs low. Dr. Kim, the dentist, is exceptional; he was able to rescue a crowned tooth I believed would have to be extracted. I'm incredibly grateful to him. I enthusiastically recommend New England Dental.

  I received exceptional service at this dental clinic! I was experiencing severe tooth pain in my central incisor, and they were able to schedule me for a same-day appointment. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided comfort for my situation. The doctor took the time to explain the situation in a way that I could understand and was eager to find a solution. Although there was an initial issue with my insurance, the staff promptly resolved it, demonstrating their proactive approach to customer service.

  Although I typically dislike visiting the dentist, even for routine cleanings, I have always had a positive experience at New England Dental. The staff is exceptionally friendly and hospitable, and I have never had a negative encounter with any of them. They consistently ensure that I am at ease and provide reassurance throughout the process. For anyone who shares my reluctance to visit the dentist, I highly recommend giving New England Dental a try. I am grateful for the exceptional care they provide.

  I was initially very anxious returning to the dentist after a long time away, due to some bad past experiences. However, Dr. Kim and her team were great! They spent time with me and went through the procedure in detail, and everyone was so welcoming. I have found my dentist for life and wholeheartedly recommend them!

  I really enjoy coming here. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful, the office is always clean, and the staff is amazing. Dr. Samuel Choi is an extremely knowledgeable and kind doctor. He always takes the time to answer every question, and the staff is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that patients are comfortable and satisfied. They did a great job cleaning my teeth - it was the least painful dental experience that I've ever had.
