  Do not go to these people! They are not clear on what they need/want. If you present yourself as someone that could easily afford an apartment. They'll attempt to add fees! My wife and I went to this place for an apartment, that was listed as FIRST, LAST move in. After finding out we could do this, Security was added, so I asked for information on the account that my security deposit was going into. To collect interest over time... Was informed that they did not know, and would get back to me. They never got back to me, but wanted all 3 months rent the next day. Also the manager told us we had the perfect application, then when we showed up. We weren't the type of tenants they wanted to rent to if you know what I mean. So regardless of our up to date pay stubs, he said he needed to confirm that we actually had jobs. NEVER AGAIN!!!
