  My experience with Ralph the parts changer was horrible so I took my car to him in September 2016 cause it was riding bad apond his advice I needed a engine Ralph gave me a price on cost to do the job 2 days before Christmas call and tells me the car was ready I picked it up less then mile down the road I'm calling him cause the car stops he was there quick with a tow truck the whole month of January 2017 he had my car paid him for a engine and labor he wanted more money to find out why my car want start. My car was running when I took it to Ralph end up having it towed from his shop cause it no longer runs as of February 2017 make sure you get in writing that the car will run right after repairs are made by Ralph are else you will be wasting your time and money Thank you Ralph Mr Parts Changer for wasting my time and robbing me of my money I work hard for!!! And only reason I left a star is cause want let you leave a review unless u put a star I'll take it away if I could!!!!
