  Just a basic new balance store. Not as big of a selection/size as you would think but decent service.

  My boyfriend and I went inside and let them know that we were just looking, because we knew exactly what we wanted but they didn’t have it, we kept looking around just to see if we wanted something else and as we were looking, they brought their entire staff out to the floor. 5 employees for just two customers? It was kind of outrageous and ridiculous for me to experience that. We were going to buy but as soon as i noticed what was happening, we left. I won’t be coming back. I love NB but not this store and their staff.

  I liked their variety of NB shoes. The staff is very helpful.

  When I was approached by a salesman, the first thing he did was explain the price point of the shoes. It was very offensive to me, and made me feel like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. I had money to spend in the store, and frankly, it was none of the salesman's business what my price point was, but apparently, he didn't want to waste his time. He brought out a few pairs of shoes for me to try, and kept pointing out that he left the most expensive pair in the back. I asked him to bring them out, and they turned out to be the ones I purchased. I wore them around the grocery store, and they turned out to be hideously uncomfortable to me, so I brought them back. A different salesperson handled my return, and he was very polite and made me feel very welcome.

  Very nice employees. They really take care of you here. I love these shoes.
