  From the time we got here at about 4:40pm on May 25th until the time we left at 6:30pm we had the best customer service and met the most pleasant people. Marquisha (Information Desk) was so helpful and had an amazing attitude. Mark (Window 22) was funny and had such a great attitude. I didn't get the name of the woman who took my husband's photo but we are grateful for her service. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the awesome Security Guard but from our conversation we know she's from Maryland and she was equally wonderful. Thank you for making this experience the best we've ever had at a DMV Office. You guys are amazing Sahara Location!

  This was one of the best dmv experiences I have ever had! I got a same day appointment and was in and out in about 20 minutes which included filling out paperwork and getting a new photo. The info line was well directed and had a lot of stations. Nancy helped me within one minute of leaving the information line. She was SO nice and helpful! The guy who looked like Elvis (with big mutton chop sideburns) took my photo and was very pleasant as well.

  What's the point of making an appointment ? I went from 166 people in front of me in line to 3 people in line to being removed from the line, to having 154 people in front of me. I went to the Sahara DMV because it's closest to where I live. I guess I should drive all the way to North Las Vegas next time. Don't waste your time here.

  I always tend to include the staff with my review. The staff is what makes a business great. This black lady kind of overweight short hair. Around 5'4 she was working attending people at the help and sign in desk today(9:20am 3/6/18 she was being rude after me trying to ask her questions about the wait times and how the phone # worked to call me. She keeps speaking over me while I still have words in my mouth. Very rude and loud. She was acting as if I was just another obstacle. She had a very bad attitude. She said something about me to someone as I walked away but I let it go so i wouldnt cause drama and left to go wait. If i see her again i will try and get her name so I can put it on this review.
