::So let me be clear... I took my Daughter to Childrens Hospital on Friday for a EEG, I was told that I would be able to call her provider and get the results today, I called her provider and they told me since Children's hospital ran the test I need to call them. I call children's hospital and now I am being told to call her provider! Spoke with Gotham he has no clue of whats going on, next I have a young lady by the name of Rosaleah calling me. She tells me I should know more then them being that im the parent... all.of this after she gives me the wrong information telling me my daughter was seen in their ER by a dr she never seen.. umm 1st off no she was not, 2nd off you are being rude 3rd you guys have all this misinformation going on and your dealing with my 3 year old.. lets not leave out the fact that she was supposed to be putting her supervisor on the phone at 4:19 and gets back on the phone at 4:28 to say he has to call me back tomorrow!! I will be up there filing a complaint TOMORROW😔😔
