  Not only did Brandi the insurance lady messed up on the numbers $3,680 instead of $368 in the insurance form, she made a grave mistake by checking off the box in the same insurance form that services were rendered when I never once received any orthodontic`treatment from Dr. Neufeld. Because of her error a check was sent for me to pay this provider. This is grounds for insurance fraud. Thank goodness this matter has been rectified. Shame on Brandi for making two errors. And she has not once apologized to me for her mistakes. Too much pride I suppose. I definitely will NOT refer anyone to this office because of her negative disposition. Dr. Neufeld's office has lost our business. My husband and I were about to spend close to $10,000 on braces. Due to Brandi's negligence we have found a better orthodondist who is more reliable and professional.

  Horrible insurance lady- Brandy who couldn't even get my insurance numbers correct after three weeks of patiently waiting to see if it has been approved. I had to call her four times to check and she never bothered to mention that she made a mistake by submitting a claim for $368 instead of $3,680 to my insurance. Not only was this an oversight on her part but for a lack of a better word- carelessness, she was extremely rude and condescending to me. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE period for the service that was presented to me. She was very unprofessional towards a potential client.
