  Worst customer service, too much run around, always put you on hold and can never give you a straight answer, have my car 1 week for an extended warranty repair, called to get a loaner vehicle and now they telling me they dont have any. This place needs some customer service training

  Long long wait times for something simple such as an oil change. If you got 4-5 hours to spare then go. But other than that go else where.

  Get ready to drop $250 on an oil change, chassis lube, and tire rotation. Also, when they tell you it's a 2 hour wait, settle in for 4+ hours. DO NOT RECOMMEND

  Booked an appointment 12pm, brought car in on time, told to get back car late afternoon, well, received a call at 4:30 saying it needed to stay overnight cos they were "down 2 mechanics", obvious excuse since they didnt say that when I brought in the car. I just needed a tire fix and oil change, is it that much to ask? I mean if they couldn't handle a car brought in at noon, imagine people came in after 12pm same day? I don't think scheduling mean anything to them. Very limited shuttle service ( asked for one, no response in 10 mins) Very unhappy, also their waiting area and reception area are bare minimum standards, just manage your expectation for their service overall. Will update when I get back the car...
