  Wasn't the cleanest probably the last time I will be staying at an extended stay suite. The atmosphere of the place is not something that I am used to & was unexpectedly extremely ghetto two weeks of tenant fights between people who live (long-term) month to month in the establishment. The front desk staffers were extremely nice. Also the free coffees every morning 8am till 11am were ok, except for sunday! The only time it was weak and a bit of a diluted off putting watered-down cup of joe. I'm used to drinking mud thick as motor oil. I appreciated the effort (added Folger's instant to kick it up notch) and still drank it. I believe I may have paid for it somehow. (With all the taxes and fees they add to the price listed on their website! )

  Okay so I would have given a 3 Star up until what took place today. Let me explain. We moved in to a 2 bedroom. We are clean people, and never caused any problems. Due to the mostruasity of the grimlin children who live here, my husband and I decided we would NOT allow our children to go outside and play. Seriously people the kids here are disgusting and horrible, parents really should learn how to get a grip on their kids, and learn to be parents. Anyways.... we had a hard time paying rent, duh were living in a weekly it’s hard times, so we decided to move out. Jen or as I call her that Tina chicks minion came by today and asked what was going on I showed her I was packing, and told her we would be out by end of business day. She said okay, and thanks me for cleaning and leaving everything nice for when we moved out. well she comes back by around 4 pm and says per management meaning tinas rude ass, that if we were not out by 6pm security would have Metro here to forcibly remove us. I was ataken back, because well they CANT do that, and per NRS laws that’s not legal after a certain period which we were already at. Well anywho. Security shows up we tell them what’s going on, and he sees us loading up, he’s cool let’s us do our thing, and guess what NO Metro!!!! You know why because they can’t do that. We called 311 and spoke to them ourselves. So just a tip for anyone who stays here don’t let them use this scare tactic on you because that’s all it is, they are just trying to intimidate and scare you. Hey Tina when you actually do show up to work, stop using jenni as your minion and grow some balls sweetie, and deal with your tenants. I have no issues putting you in your place. They don’t do anything about the HORRIBLE families that lets their little terror kids run around cussing, throwing rocks, breaking lights and car windows maybe you should evict them people, or set rules like other weeklies have. Also take better care of your units such as broken bathroom sinks ready to fall off walls, cracked shower floors and disgusting carpets that look darker then what they should be due To filth. Thank god I took pictures. Tina should be fired, and jenni should be taught to not pound on peoples units like she’s the police seriously it’s uncalled for, and rude. I honestly would take living back at Siegel suits on Craig over this place any day. Oh yeah, and PS the day my husband came to look at the unit, when he left the door stuck and didn’t shut, he had no idea. When we got back to unload to move in he seen the TV was missing, and it was their an hour befor that when he left, the office said it was his responsibility WTH? Your door stuck due to it not working, and that’s our responsibility? Not our problem that’s your problem due to your poorly functioning doors. They refused to replace the TV with another one, and a couple days later the neighbors stated to us that right before we showed up with our belongings several kids were in and out of the unit we paid for, and they witnessed the TV being stolen by a bunch of kids. Screw you were not responsible for that. Get a better check on your tenants, and their bad ass kids. We will NEVE COME BACK! Take your money else where. By the way all units are suppose to have a microwave and all these other “amenities” listen, yeah not true!!!! We didn’t have a microwave and when we requested one we were told no. Their website is complete false advertisement, and not what they say it is here. Plus did I mention just how bad the kids are here? Seriously take your money else where!!!!

  Wow moment here living. Management not just business lively hood as well!!! Ownership has to not want what's best for scenario. I'm at awe but it's 2 be just doable....

  You get what you pay for here. The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. The first room they put us in was honestly loaded with roaches. But they where more than happy to move us to their show room for a night while we waited to get into our new room. It had Fresh Carpet and everything was cleaned to the max!! No roaches at all!! Thank you guys!! Just make sure you let them know that you have problems and they will gladly take care of them. You can't beat a full kitchen... microwave... dishwasher...king bed...couch...end tables....all for $199 special for the first week. Then $256.00 after that!!!

  Initial impression is good. Staff are very friendly (esp. Tina), other tenants keep to themselves, rooms are decently sized with standard amenities (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and tv). Will update this at end of stay as needed. No elevator so be sure to ask for a ground floor room if you trouble with stairs. Rooms aren't that well soundproofed so a fair bit of mumbled chatter from other rooms leaks through. Not a deal breaker. UPDATE: The hotel itself is fine for the price. The neighbours can and will blast music at any hour they please though. Fun times.
