  We had wanted to remodel our kitchen and bathroom for years but could never decide on the look that we wanted and one that also kept the integrity of our 1963 mid-century modern house. So we decided to contact Neil Kelly and we are so pleased with everything about our finished project. We worked with designer Matt Sipes, who was wonderful. He presented numerous designs to us and also listened to our feedback. We really felt that it was a partnership collaboration and the final product was "us". Our project manager kept us well-informed and on schedule and the tradesmen were of the highest caliber. We love our new kitchen and bathroom and highly recommend the entire team at Neil Kelly.

  We worked with Neil Kelly on a full kitchen and 2.5 bath remodel and couldn't be more pleased. The design process was made very clear and easy by Karen Richmond who was most responsive to our needs, and used our time very efficiently. Paul Louis took over as project manager for the construction phase and handled all the details amazingly well. The construction schedule he created could be relied on to the day, and all of the subs were very respectful of our home and did quality work. I highly recommend this team for any home remodel.

  Neil Kelly and Janel Campbell have done multiple projects for us on 2 different houses. A kitchen, bathroom, and fireplace/whole house, including home performance. We simply have no complaints. Neil Kelly stands out to us as a full service, reliable contractor. They provide unique, elegant and functional designs with attention to the owners taste, and exceptional attention to detail. Neil Kelly clearly takes ownership of the work of their subs, this is refreshing, and how it should be. We will continue to come back to Neil Kelly!

  We had a very positive experience working with Neil Kelly Company on our 1910 farmhouse kitchen remodel. From our initial meeting with Barbara Miller, Design Consultant, we felt heard. Her ability to listen well produced a design that fits our large extended family gatherings. She addressed engineering concerns by enlisting experts. She worked within our budget and with our abilities. We're thrilled with the flow, function and beauty of our farmhouse kitchen. We also had great confidence in Brian Silver, project manager. His oversight and follow through was of the highest standard. We have recommended NEIL KELLY COMPANY and Barbara Miller to friends and would do so again!

  We hired Neil Kelly to do a nearly whole house remodel on our forever home built in the 50's. It included a kitchen remodel of a previously remodeled kitchen, also done by Neil Kelly 25 years ago. Janel Campbell was the designer while Dan Moore served as the project manager. Janel is the smartest person I know in this industry. She was able to bring fresh and new ideas into the design while keeping the integrity of the traditional style we loved about the home. She also understands how a house is built and how it needs to function to fit your needs, all the while understanding the requirements needed for the sub contractors to do their jobs. Dan managed to keep every subcontractor on task and on time. He is a professional who made certain each sub understood they were a guest working in our home. This team is really special. I would not hesitate to hire them again for future projects!
